What is coaching?

Coaching is on ongoing relationship which focuses on the client taking action toward the realization of their vision, goals or desires.  Coaching is a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client's level of awareness and responsibility. Coaching is not therapy, rather it provides the client with structure and support through interactive feedback. 
 
Coaching is co-active. It allows a client to be naturally creative and resourceful.
The agenda comes from the client and addresses the client's whole life. Through coaching a designed relationship of alliance between the coach and client is formed.
